LICENSING AGREEMENT:

• These files can be used for both personal and commercial purposes, including small businesses and crafters; to create a variety of physical products.
• You can use these files as many times as you like to create physical end products for yourself, loved ones and customers.
• You can use these files for Print on Demand purposes.
• You do not need to change the design, and it can be used as is for creating physical end products only.
• You must credit our store @margecreates when marketing on social media.
• You must watermark all images when posting (on social media, blogs etc.).

• You may not share, re-sell or re-distribute these files in part or in whole in any way or in any form.
• You may not use these files in giveaways (freebies) in your store or on social media.
• You cannot change the design and re-sell, re-distribute or give away these files in any way.
• Mass production of items using these files is not allowed.
• Presenting the design as your own artwork is prohibited.

PNG & JPG file sizes are 3500px x 3500px.

Your downloads will not have the watermark on it as shown in the listing photos.

The SVG file looks like the logo from the web browser you are using and can also be displayed as an HTML document file.

• Please understand that we cannot provide support for any process in which you plan to use these files. • Certain phrases and/or words may be trademarked by external companies for specific product types. Please check the TESS database online before making a purchase.  Please understand that we cannot accept any responsibility should you use the design and any problems arise out of trademark use.

HOW TO GO ABOUT PURCHASING AND DOWNLOADING YOUR FILES:

• Select the item or items you would like to purchase and complete the checkout. Please make sure the email address you have inserted at checkout or on your account, matches the email you would like to receive your purchased item/s.
• Once your payment has gone through, you should receive an email from Marge Creates. If you haven’t received an email in 30 minutes time, please check your SPAM folder.  If you still haven’t received it, please feel free to contact us to request the links.  You will receive an email from Marge Creates with a link to download a zip file containing the items specified above. 
• Click the link to download the zip folder to your computer.
• Once the zip folder has downloaded, extract all or needed only files from the zip folder.
• You should be all set to start creating!
