Marge Creates Refund & Returns Policy for Physical Items

Thank you for shopping at Marge Creates. As we deal with customized and small handmade items, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.
1. General Returns & "Change of Heart"
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase (non-customized items, sale items, pre-ordered items), you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
- Courier costs for returns due to a change of heart are for the customer's account.
- Should you return unused and undamaged items and request an exchange; re-shipment fees will be applicable and will need to be settled before re-shipment takes place.
- We will only refund the amount after store, payment portal and banking fees have been deducted - the full amount will not be refunded.
2. Custom & Personalized Items
- Custom-branded and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged on arrival, as they cannot be restocked.
- Please review all designs/mockups carefully before approval. We are not responsible for errors in spelling or design approved by the customer.
3. Cancellations of Order
- You can only cancel stock item orders – no custom or personalized items can be cancelled.
- Should you request cancellation of your order (only stock items) before the shipment has gone out, we will only refund the amount after store, payment portal and banking fees have been deducted.
4. Damaged or Faulty Goods
- If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, goods found to be defective within 6 months can be returned for a repair, replacement, or full refund.
- We will cover the cost of returning defective goods.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original method of payment.
6. Exclusions
- We cannot accept returns on items damaged by the customer after delivery.
- No refunds for delays caused by third-party couriers (The Courier Guy).
7. How to Log a Return
Please email info@margecreates.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).

No refunds are possible under any circumstances for digital download items. All sales made are final as these are instantly downloadable digital products that cannot be returned.
